  • Take family picture with a polaroid and sign guest book
  • Give out name tags and t-shirts
  • Sign-up sheet for meal prep/cleanup
6:30pm: Taco Dinner
  • cookie sheet s'mores for dessert
8:30pm: Campfire, S’mores, Outdoor Movie

Friday, July 21

9:00am: Baked French Toast Breakfast
10:00am-12:00pm: Crafts
  • Fairy House Painting
12:00pm: Meat + Cheese Tray Lunch
  • chips, watermelon, various fruit
1:30pm: Venture Around Bears Paw
  • hike or swim
6:30pm: Dinner
  • burgers + brats 
  • baked beans 
  • salads
  • ice cream for dessert

Saturday, July 22

11:00am: Buttermilk Pancake Brunch -must rsvp at check-in
1:00pm: Excursion to Homestead
6:30pm: Tri-Tip Dinner
  • cheesy potatoes
  • summer berry salad
  • stawberry shortcake for dessert
8:00pm: Family Bingo night


Sunday, July 23

8:00am: Simple Breakfast
  • muffins, fruit etc. 
9:00am: Camp Cleanup
11:30am: Goodbye
